Unity reverts back to the hub when opening a new project

The moment I open up a project, it shows the splash screen for a second, and then goes back to the hub. If I open a new project, it works fine. If I open it by clicking the EDITOR app, it works fine. If i click on a SCENE in the assets folder it works fine.

Tried to delete the license file, reinstall the hub, reinstall the editor.

This happened the MOMENT I updating my windows.

Seems to have something to do with licensing.
