HDRP error 2021.3 LTS

Hello, I have problem with creating the 2021.3 LTS HDRP project. Every other project template or package is working fine, but when I try to convert or create new project which contains HDRP package I encounter problems. Project starts building and just before finishing it stops everything (like when you do the End task in Windows task manager). Also tried to build HDRP project with Unity beta and alpha versions, but same happens.

Unity 2020.3 LTS HDRP works fine. Builds itself and works, also when I try to update project to 2021.3 or Unity beta and alpha versions it starts updating packages and just before end of updating it stops and closes itself.

I'm using Windows 11, my GPU is Quadro K620 with latest drivers from NVIDIA. I don't believe that GPU is not supported by the HDRP anymore, but maybe I'm wrong. I don't know.

Can anybody help me to resolve this problem? Thanks in advance!
