Error ,,Assertion failed on expression: 'errors == MDB_SUCCESS || errors == MDB_NOTFOUND"

So I am using 2020.3.1f1 and I got these errors alt text

I created an script and scene in same folder and this happend. Also after re-opening Unity all my Assets were gone
