what unity version are you using? in the linked reddit post, it was solved in a newer unity version

I am using unity 2019.4.19f and l am still now facing the same problem

Couple of things that you could try:

Make sure that 2D mode is not selected (considering your image, i think is not but still good to double check it).
Select an GameObject from your scene and press w on your keyboard
Right click on your Scene tab => Add Tab => Scene

Hello,none of the things worked. I currently have 2 versions of unity one is 2019.4.19f in which l am facing this type of problem and the other one is 2017.2.0 which works correctly.please help me out
