Warning window when entering play mode from prefab

Hello there!

So I have a little problem, when I enter play mode from a prefab there's a warning window saying the changes I made the prefabs and some things like that, no big deal, I just click ok and roll with it.

HOWEVER, this window can get pretty BIG, like in the following image, so big that the buttons to close are simply not accessible, and it's impossible to move this window, thus I cannot do anything in Unity anymore unless I restart it. Does anyone have an idea on how to solve it?

I can compose without an answer but might as well try to resolve this for other people who might need it.
