Unity Play website broke

In order to complete one of pathways on Unity Learn I need to submit a WebGL project, which I probably have to upload to Unity Play.
And when I'm trying to do so, some long message appears for a split second (1st image, top half) and uploading stops.
My old submissions are still showing (bottom half), but whenever I try to launch them, just a white screen appears. 1st

Also it shows that I'm not logged in (2nd image, top), but when I'm trying to either sign in or create a new ID, a strange message pops up, which is shown at the bottom.

Why could it happen?

Yeah, it's broken, I guess Unity has to fix it.
