Is there a way of changing the editor's splash image when Unity boots up?

Is there a way to change the editor splash image? I'm not talking about the logo when you start a game up (the one you can remove with Unity Pro), I'm talking about the one that shows when you start the actual editor up. I've tried looking at the Unity Source (from the File Explorer) but I can't find it. I've also looked online multiple times and I can't find an answer. Maybe the source for the image is hidden or cached. It's not sourced from the internet for sure as it's version specific and works offline.
