How do I manually re-import an unity project?

Question

So I've recently updated Unity and now everything's messed up. I don't know what version I used originally and now when I try to open my project it says it need to be "re-imported". I can still run the project, but none of my scrips work!

I looked all over the internet and found nothing, what do I do?
