Why is unity crashing on "Play mode"

Idk if this is common and fixable but unity editor works totally fine until i press play, it freezed and i can't even minimize or close the app except if i end the task from task manager, i already updated all the packages in the package manager in unity(I read somewhere that it might help) and still i'm having the same problem. How can i fix this?
