Black Line Above my Tiles

I recently downloaded a tile pack from itch.io with lots of recommendation now I implemented it into my Tilepallet with 16x16 as its written. Though when I place them some of them have a weird black line above the tiles and I also redownloaded it and all and they still appear. Can someone help me?
