Low fps for Android build on Unity 2021.3.2f1 (mac silicon)

I used 2020.3.34f1(Intel) on the same device previously and fps was about 98-102 for my game. But after upgrading to 2021.3.2f1 (silicon) fps lock on 30fps (on the same game and device). What the reason for it?
