Unity Editor 2018.4.20f1 LTS Crashes on Startup

link textI am very beginner in game development, I am facing crashes on "Unity Editor 2018.4.20f1 LTS". I've read various forums about this issues, I have a fresh installed Windows 10 Home and an AntiVirus and everything is genuine. I tried reinstalling the unity editor, I fully updated and upgraded the OS and all Drivers including GPU, but nothing works for me.
