Sprite and Material

There are same picture but these colors are different. Wood is sprite and Plane is with Material I wanna make plane be same color as Wood and I wanna make more real Material so I tried change Inspector of material but I could not make same color and not real...

Pls tell me if you know how to make same color as Wood(Sprite) or should I write code something?
