Car turn back after release button

Hello all. Happy Holidays!

Main problem: when I press button for turn front wheels, car is turning, but when I release button, car turn back in other direction, looks like a spring, very rubber control.
Code looks like standart:

 wheelColliderFL.steerAngle = maxSteerAngle * Input.GetAxis ("Horizontal");
 wheelColliderFR.steerAngle = maxSteerAngle * Input.GetAxis ("Horizontal");

Nothing else is using for turn car.

So, I'm trying to change all settings of rear and front wheels, mass, all pramaters of friction, trying change angular drag of car rb. Tried apply other values for physics materials, gravity in projects settings, move centre of mass point - nothing changed. Also tried rotate object by addTorque, transform rotation and even RotateAround of point, placed to front of car - nothing at all, car continue turn back after button release.

Only that I find, if car velocity is very slow, all work fine or when I decrease angular drag to low values, car can turned back after release button with very huge power, but if increase this values, car not can skid, but problem is still remains. Problem little can be decided if I use full drive, but not complitely.

Where this problem can be? Thank you.
