Post Process Bloom not working

I'm having a difficult time with the bloom method. I used the Post Process like I'm supposed to, but for some reason, only one material has a glow to it. And I don't know why none of the others don't.

But I think it has something to do with the material. Like how can I see the grid through the ones at the end, but not the one in the middle?
