Only splash screen appears after built unity game launch

Full problem: When I build my game from HDRP 2020 and it is for PC build, the build process works just fine but when I launch the .exe file, the game launches and shows the Unity splash screen and then; that's just it, there's nothing else showing up. Not even the game itself. In other words, it is stuck in splash screen.
