Xbox UWP Game Crashing Upon Loading

So it loads perfect on windows (standalone and UWP) but on the xbox crashes when my scene. I tried loading both normal and async. it freezes after hitting > .90 progress and loading for a few seconds. It is a 2-4 player split screen game. Is it bc the other controller isn't signed in? I tried signing it up but nothing changed. How do I fix this or at least how do I go about figuring out why only Xbox crashes when run via VS x64 remote?
