Trouble launching documentation from Inspector components

In the Inspector, when I select the question mark button attached to a component -- which is supposed to open a link to documentation on the component -- it launches two separate tabs in my browser (Edge). One tries to navigate to "C:/Program", and the other tries to navigate to the remainder of the filepath.

This also happens when I try to launch Unity Manual directly from the Help menu.

I can correct the path name manually and access the page, but that promises to be a very annoying workflow. I would test this with other browsers, but I cannot find anywhere to change the default browser within Unity.

How can I fix this? If it matters, I'm using a fresh install of version 2020.1.7f1.
