Weird shadow issues on Hard Shadows

Hard Shadows (no PCF Filtering) causes weird shadow issues, image: https://imgur.com/a/1q2NQED

This is on a side of a mesh where the sun doesn't shine on it, so that there should be dark and no weird lines. Please help
