Sprite not showing in Scene or Game,Sprites not showing

I am making a basic Space Shooter game and ive already added my spaceship and the enemy ships but when i add my bullet it doesnt show in the scene or game view. I cant add any sprites anymore. Ive even tried to make the bullet 150000 pixels big and it still doesnt show.
