Bugged lighting in Scene View

For whatever reason, lighting and shadows don't work correctly in scene view and instead a large shadow follows the camera. Everything is fine in-game. This issue is also in every other scene in my project so it's not isolated to just this one.

In the images you can see the large shadow that doesn't have any actual connection to the lights and objects in the scene and just follows the camera around. A directional light is supposed to be coming through the windows on the left but obviously that's not happening. I've messed around with most (i think?) of the obvious settings and changing lighting from realtime to baked, re-baking, etc. and nothing has had any effect. It's impossible to actually work in my scene now unless i completely turn the scene lighting off so I'd really appreciate some help thanks.
