Infinitely stuck on resolving packages...

Every time I try to load a project, I get stuck in 'resolving packages', meaning I cannot open any of the projects. I have tried different files and even purging every unity related file of of my computer, but to no avail. Thanks in advance!,For whatever reason, whenever I try to load a project, the package manager gets stuck on 'resolving packages'. This means I can never open any of my projects, which is mildly important. I have tried everything I could think of, including uninstalling absolutely every single unity related file off of my computer and reinstalling, and even trying older editor versions, but to no avail. Thanks in advance!!!
