unity freeze while baking

hi unity devs

i have an HP omen laptop Intel Cori 7 8th gen (12 cores) with 16 GB ram and Gpu : GTX 1060 6GB ,, when i bake my scene (a big scene ) , it uses 100% cpu and 99% ram and then it freezes and it won't be normal at all (i turn it of by holding power button) , and whenever i try progressive GPU lightmapper unity will switch to cpu lightmapper a while after i hit(generate lighting) now i dont know what to do ? i also scaled down lightmap res to 5 and it still freezes I tried bakery gpu lightmapper this time it crashes unity after progressing 55%
