Good Soft Shadows with HDRP

Question

Hi All I am checking HDRP, which gives some really good Graphics options to make your project visually appealing. However, I have a few questions :- 1. How to get shadows for HDRI enviornment sky 2. How to adjust soft shadow settings of spot light for dynamic objects

FPS is not an issue as of now because I only need to take video render.

Same Issue. HDRP isnt offering that much soft shadows with any light sources as much as i'm expecting
