i am not respawnig the correct place...

in my game i have an enemy that can kill me. when he kills me my death screen pops up. i click try again but then i spawn at my portals new spawnpoint and not in the start. does anybody know how to fix it? i can send my scripts too but for all these things to work i have like 4 scripts.
