Unity dont open

when i open unity 5.6.2 last version at the moment open , say unity bug reporter, and i dont know what to do , days ago work it excelent, and yesterday when i open again appear that , I uinstall and install again and delete all data but appear the same, somebody can help me ?

Compatibility issue. You need to install it when all internet connections are off. You probably had some *.ini download failure. Reinstall-reinstall-reinstall
