Dragging sprite to create animation - doesn't ask where to save
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rxv5muAukhs
I'm following this tutorial. I'm at the part where you are supposed to split the sprites in the Sprite Editor and after that select (with Command) sprites and drag them to the Hierarchy list in order to create an animation. In the tutorial, after dropping the sprites in the Hierarchy list it appears a window where you can save the animation. I get no window asking for this.
Is this something that's been updated in the latest version (which I'm running) or am I missing something?
I can add that I also experience this issue, did you ever figure it out?
I have the same problem. Anyone has a solution for this? I checked the preferences window but i didn't find something that helps with this problem.

From Unity 5.1 this is no longer valid. Now if you want to create sprite animation, you have to drag only one sprite and then in the Animation Editor, press "Create". This way Unity will ask you where to save your animations...
