Help me about terrain painting, some kind of mipmapping problems, idk.
Help me please
I have following problem as shown in pictures:
When i try to paint the terrain e.g ... in my case to make the path with texture, it shows just some kind of "mip map", but when i click on it it shows how it really looks; so
This is how it is normally shown , in fact it just show me this, like some kind of ultra low graphics..

but when i click and drag the mouse with specified texture it show me like this for a moment and then when i release the mouse button it goes back to "bad graphics mode"

Please help me, i tried from changing the layout, going to project settings >quality, other internet answers, that seems that they helped others, but i cannot even describe the problem properly, because i don't even this type of terminology and as second, English is not my "bright" language.
What can i try? what can it be? How to fix it?
I even tried to restart computer.. but nothing
