Editor Interface Gets Scrambled

Hello guys!

I'm having a weird issue with my unity editor interface, elements get scrambled making it impossible to work.

Noting that:

I have updated my graphics drivers to the latest build.
I have no editor scripts running in the project. The issue occurs in all projects.
I have updated unity editor to one of the latest versions (5.3.3).

Any ideas?
