Scrollwheel in webGL is not like other platform
I'm not sure why but at least in chrome. Scrollwheel from Input.mouseScrollDelta.y is much larger than other platform
Seems that is a bug. Passed it on to the devs.
Has this ever been fixed? It appears to be present in 5.3.1, making ScrollRect navigation using the Scroll Wheel nigh impossible without changing the scroll speed of the component itself.
