Unity 4: Image Effect "Bloom" ignoring alpha channel mask

Hello fellow Unity users,

I recently encountered a little problem after replacing the outdated "Bloom and Lens Flares" Image Effect with the new "Bloom" Effect that's shipped with Unity 4. According to the official documentation this effect still has a slider property to control the intensity of the bloom using the alpha values of the screen pixels, called "Use alpha mask": http://docs.unity3d.com/Documentatio...ipt-Bloom.html

The outdated "Bloom and lens Flares" offered the same option but for some reason I can't seem to find that property after applying the "Bloom" inside my scene. It just appears to be missing.

Could someone give me a hint on what I'm doing wrong with this? Thanks in advance
