Terrain Tree Height not working on Unity 5.3.4f1

Hello Folks,

I just update Unity to 5.3.4f1 and all my nice costume cartoon tree on terrain lost all the random height. Basically, the tree height and color variation is not working at all. I make the video here to show you the issue:

Does any one has any idea how cans I fix this without hat to replace manually all my trees?
