Unity Lagging Randomly
I'm using Unity 5.6.3p1 as I always have, and starting yesterday after completing a model for VRChat, the program began to lag badly. I figured my particle system was lagging it but that wasn't the case as after hiding the particle and even deleting it, the problem persisted. I closed the project and opened a new one, still lagging The lag renders the program unusable as the input from my mouse or keyboard takes around 2-5 seconds to fully go to the program, which is ANNOYING. I've re-installed it and rebooted my pc, nothing works.
And before anyone asks, my PC specs are below, it's not my specs causing this.
Intel i7-7700k @ 4.5 GHz NVidia GTX 980 Ti EVGA Classified 16GB G.SKill RGB 3000 MHz DDR4 Ram Unity is installed on my ARC-100 256GB SSD which my OS is also installed on.
