TouchScreenKeyboard.active deprecated?
Something strange happened. Randomly, unity stopped caring about touchscreenkeyboard.active.
var kb : TouchScreenKeyboard;
if(kb){
if(kb.active)
print("the keyboard is active");
}
That's basically what I had, but unity suddenly doesn't care.
Now, I just have
if(kb)
print("keyboard is active");
and it'll determine if the keyboard is up or put away by pressing done / cancel.
Am I missing something? Has kb.active been deprecated? What are the dangers of checking if the keyboard is up or not using this method? Using unity 4.6.6 because 5 gave me some problems.
