Unity3D Game crashs on Sony Xperia T 4.3 jelly bean

Hey guys!

I recently added a game to the playstore, and the first days it looked like everything is just fine. Then after a week a user reported a crash and gave me a poor rating because the app crashs on his phone. He uses a Sony Xperia T with android 4.3 jelly bean. He is the only user yet that uses android 4.3. Does anybody know from what this eror might be caused ?
