Augmented Reality With No Markers

Hello everyone. I just had a question. I was interested in created a semi augmented reality game. Similar to DroidShooting for the android. https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...shooting&hl=en. Or like starwars falcon gunner for the iphone http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/star-...399665096?mt=8. More of a regular with a camera backdrop then augmented reality. I personally dont have too much experience with Unity and programming in general which is why Im using visual programming with Antares. But if someone can give me the idea of how to make this possible i would be very grateful. Im trying to make be able to make a simple game with few 3d models but i need a camera backdrop and gyroscope features to make the experience more realistic. Thanks so much for the help.

For camera backdrop just use some plugin (Vuforia or any other AR plugin; I think Prime31 has plugins for camera video stream).

For controls use accelerometer and gyroscope.

indeed "it's that simple"

it's amazing that, what, merely 5 ?? years ago you could charge $200,000 for taking on a research project like this.

now it's like "yeah, prime31 and grab the accelerator data, any more questions?"
