how to? editor extention like animator with drag n drop elements.

I was wondering if there was any content or how tos on making an editor extension that looks like the animator with the drag n drop elements that can be chained together. I've seen tutorials on costume inspectors. So I'm thinking this is similar....

My goal is to make my own a.I. behavioral input chain of events thing.
