Get texture/material from UI canvas

Hi everyone. I have no idea how to do this. I have UI panel with some Text and other panels (screen below). alt text

And i want to view this UI on my sprite in 3d (screen below too). alt text

Could someone help me to understand how to do this, beause i dont know any way? Thanks for everyone. Good day.
