Unable to download or open from asset store.

I am not able to download or re-download a project asset I supposedly downloaded on April 15th of this year. I tried using a new email and created a new account and installed Unity on a different PC. This time the asset project was purchased but there is no way to download it. Does anyone know if i am missing an unwritten step? I do not see any further instruction when obtaining the asset. I select it and I would think it would be straight forward. I don't have anything in my browser download and the Unity Hub can find the asset.

I'm using Windows 10, its up to date.
