Unity Boot Camp Resources for Commercial use?

Question

I am making a game that I intend to sell. Would it be legal to use the 3D model for the main character from the boot camp demo that I downloaded from the asset store?

All of UT's demos are available to use in any way you want, as long as the assets are used in a Unity project.
