Can I have different bundle identifiers for iOS and Android?
I have ported an old game of mine over to Unity and am in the process of publishing it to the various app stores. Unfortunately, though, when I published originally I used different identifiers for each store (I used one I thought was sensible in the first, but the next didn't allow it so I had to change).
Now that I've ported, I find that whenever I set the bundle identifier in either the Android or iOS player settings, it changes it for the other. This makes publishing a complete pain, as I can go through the whole process of switching platforms, building the game and uploading it to the store, only to be told at the last hurdle "Hey. Your app name doesn't match".
Is there a way for me to set one identifier for iOS and a different one for Android? It's kinda driving me nuts.
did you end up finding a workaround? stuck with the same problem.
No, I've just worked around it. It's probably possible using editor scripting, but that seems excessive to me.

Switch platform to Android, check you publishing and other settings. Set the android bundle identifier. Make build.
Than
Switch to iOS. Change your settings for bundle identifier for iOS. Make build.
Thats the only way of doing this that I found.
