Cant get Monodevolop to work

Hey I got a problem with monoDevolop on my computer, when I open the script, it tells me- "Could not load project " blah blah blah, I  then clicked on the "ok" button and it freezes making it impossible for me to do anything on it.

I tried to reinstall it, I tried to make sure my firewall wasent blocking any of its assets, I tried opening other c# scripts but they don't work.
