How to Draw a 2D Circle for my level border?
I want it to have a solid black edge and a transparency that quickley gets more opaque near the edges. It would look like this:
It would also be great if I could figure out how to give the level wall a rigidbody2D. Thanks in advance

I recommend a 3D model of a toroid section. To make UV unwrapping easy, start with a long strip of quads, unwrap, then deform them into a circle shape using a "curve" or "twist" or "screw" modifier, whatever works in your app of choice. (e.g. blender)
To get physical, I'm thinking you'll have to use an edge collider or series of edge colliders in the general shape of a circle. I'm reasonably sure that's the best way to create the "inverted circle collider" effect you appear to be asking for.
