I would like to make a space flight simulator

How would I have a flight simulator where you can fly with the cursor?

I would like it if when your cursor goes up the ship goes up and if the cursor goes down the ship goes down. I would like to always move forward as well with these controls.

I want to do this to find a unique way of flying in my game.
