Information being lost

I have come across an issue that I have no idea to fix or why it is even happening.

I setup a basic scene and save it. Load a Different project (as have a few for basic testing and learning) and find that what was saved is not working.

auto_pause

First pic is showing how the game pauses straight away. As well as if you move and stop, it will do the same. Sometimes the character will also flout in the floor at waist level in a ball like pose. The mouse curser is also not visible on the game window, but rather (if you look closely) is a pixelated area. This might be nothing but have mentioned it just in case.

missing_stuff

It was all working before hand. And as I was tweaking and such for a while, to find it "broken" on re-opening is a pain in the proverbial.

It is not script heavy in any way or complicated as I am still just starting. But something must be getting lost during saving.

I am on version 5.0.1f1 personal.

Are you saving the project as well as the scene?

I was. Only thing I can think is that sharing assets between many projects while testing might be to blame. But really have no idea.

Ok then. To get this off the board. No idea why or what , but I am no longer getting this fault. So probably been sorted in the latest release of Unity.
