How can i start a scene with the cursor in the middle of the screen?

I want to start my scene with the cursor in the middle of the screen I don't want it locked and I also want to keep my custom game cursor. I would also like a script which will give the cursor a range to how far it can go x and y from the middle.

I am a beginner help!
