Animated FBX animation falls apart into separate objects but still animates. Exporting from Blender. Please help. Question

To better explain my problem I have posted a video in my reddit post since i cant post videos here. here is the link with video and audio. its just over 1minute.

If you have any idea about what is causing this please do let me know.

I've been trying different export settings for a few hours now, but no give.

I've watched about 10 videos explaining how to export animations to Unity. I'm certain I'm doing something wrong on Blender end.
