Admob banner ads not showing
I followed this tutorial to set up admob:

Basically, the instructions were:
Install Google Play Services from here
Install Admob from here
Create a manifest file based on
C:/Program Files (x86)/Unity/Editor/Data/PlaybackEngines/androidplayer/AndroidManifest.xmlRun setup procedure (File>Play Games - Android Setup)
After adding my app ids, I ran the demo scene on two devices with different results:
Nexus 5 (Android 4.4)
Tapping "Show Ads" does nothing, but "Show banner to the user" apears on logcat
Tapping "Show Interstitial" works correctly
Acer Iconia A500 (Android 4.0.3)
Nothing works, many errors saying "Google Play services resources were not found" show on logcat
I've been trying to get this working all day, and the game is supposed to be done by tomorrow morning, so any help is appreciated!
I don't know what your problem is, but I can confirm that you don't need to worry about "Google Play services resources were not found" (it does say it in the FAQ, but if you're having problems it is hard to believe!)
Did you set up test mode? If you aren't using test mode there is a fair chance there will be no ads to show you (ie- the plugin is working fine, but theres just no ads suitable to fill your slots)
You might want to consider using the plugin here, by the way. Its the official unity plugin written by google
