Light behaves different depending on where the camera is
This is how I want the lighting to look and behave: http://i.imgur.com/0X6nq13.png But this is how it looks sometimes when the camera's at a different place: http://i.imgur.com/ueKHdFU.png Does anyone what causes this? Thanks in advance :)

Can't tell much just from those pictures. Can you include some details or screenshots of how you've set up your scene?
try increasing the pixel light count in project settings>quality
