Object2terrain
I am very new to Unity and have just started learning the scripting side of things, I have manged to get object2terrain to work but it distorts the the terrain. Is there a technique for making the final terrain the same as the imported object? Im making a walk through of a historical sight and it has to be spot on.
Haven't used it but from the wiki:
This function uses the axis-aligned bounding box of the mesh, so object rotations on the x and z axis other than 0, or rotations on the y axis other than multiples of 90 degrees, may give somewhat odd results.
You will probably need to adjust the height of the terrain to match the object mesh (using Set Resolution… in the Terrain menu).
Did you do that?

Try the new C# version. It fixed the distortion bug (use "bottom up" on the settings panel)
